I admitted a cervical CA patient yesterday who’s very dyspneic. At one glance i know for sure that she won’t make it till morning. True enough after almost 5 hours in the ICU, I pronounced her time of death (10:15pm).

Its so hard to see the patient suffer but its harder to see the relatives accept the bad news.

Because of that I wasn’t able to sleep well. @_@
