Today I saw my good friends from Med School after a month or more I think. I’ve been practically a loner since the start of the year and I think its becoming unhealthy. I’m isolating myself from socializing with others except through the internet. My laptop is my only comfort but I’m starting to get tired and bored surfing all day and night without any sense.

Haven’t had “real” conversations with you lately
My patient died :(
I admitted a cervical CA patient yesterday who’s very dyspneic. At one glance i know for sure that she won’t make it till morning. True enough after almost 5 hours in the ICU, I pronounced her time of death (10:15pm).
Its so hard to see the patient suffer but its harder to see the relatives accept the bad news.
Because of that I wasn’t able to sleep well. @_@
